This page explains how a service starts and how working with Alhasna Services goes, from contact and understanding the need to agreeing the service scope and cost, then starting execution and follow-up.

Definitions

Alhasna Services

A service provider that handles and follows up the agreed service scope within its role.

The website

A gateway to reach the services of Alhasna Services, understand their scope and start a service or get in touch. It is not a government platform or an issuing authority.

The request

A structured way to send the client's need and start the conversation about the service. It is not a mandatory condition for obtaining the service.

Service scope and agreement

The service scope is the defined work that Alhasna Services explains to the client before starting. The agreement takes effect when the client approves that scope and its cost.

How does a service start?

You can start with a structured request through the website, or contact Alhasna Services directly on WhatsApp or by phone.

In both cases, Alhasna Services understands what you want to complete, identifies the service it can handle within its scope, then explains what is required for the case, the service scope and the cost before starting.

Execution begins after the client approves the scope and the cost and provides what the transaction requires.

Official decisions

Alhasna Services handles the agreed work through official platforms and channels, while approvals, issuance and final decisions remain with the competent authorities. Alhasna Services gives no guarantee of the outcome of a transaction that is subject to an authority's decision.

Client responsibilities

The client provides correct and accurate information, responds to what is requested to complete the transaction, and attends in person when the competent authority requires personal attendance or action.

Fees and payment

There is currently no payment on the website. Official fees and fines due to the authorities are the client's responsibility, and Alhasna Services explains its service fees before starting. Service fees are not available in instalments or on deferred payment.

After work begins

Service fees are non-refundable once the work accepted by the client has begun. If a procedural error is caused directly by Alhasna Services, it is corrected at no additional cost to the client.

Quote validity

A quote is valid for fifteen days from the date it is sent, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Declining or stopping a service

Alhasna Services may decline or stop a service if what is requested is unlawful or outside its scope, or if the transaction cannot be completed because of a lack of client cooperation or missing requirements.

Packages

Packages are service solutions by Alhasna Services and are not government services or government subscriptions. A package is not activated by submitting a request; it starts after its scope and cost are agreed.
