Submitting a request does not purchase or activate the package and does not start any transaction automatically.

Handling the visa issuance transaction for a case that falls within the package scope.

Life insurance

Handling the life insurance transaction included within the package scope.

Status amendment

Handling the status amendment transaction for a domestic worker who is inside the UAE.

Handling the health insurance transaction included in the package through Daman.

Handling the residence permit issuance transaction within the included scope.

Fees within the package scope

The package price includes government fees and Alhasna Services’ service fees for the transactions listed above when the advertised price applies to the case.

What is not included?

• The medical examination and its fee. The domestic worker must attend in person, and the worker or sponsor arranges and pays for it directly to the authority.
• Any previous fines, which are explained separately before an agreement.
• Recruiting or supplying a domestic worker.
• Any transaction or service not expressly listed as included.
• A case where the domestic worker is outside the UAE. The advertised price does not apply, and the applicable cost is explained according to the case before an agreement.
• A case where the sponsor is not a UAE national. The advertised price does not apply, and the applicable cost is explained according to the case before an agreement.

Who does the advertised price apply to?

The advertised price applies where the sponsor is a UAE national, the domestic worker is inside the UAE, and the client wants the included transactions handled through one request.

A sponsor who is not a UAE national, or a client whose domestic worker is outside the UAE, may still submit a request. The advertised price does not apply to either case, and Alhasna Services explains the applicable scope and cost before an agreement.

Package or standalone transaction?

• Package scope: the transactions expressly listed as included, handled through one request, at AED 2,570 where the advertised price applies to the case.
• Standalone scope: only the transaction or transactions you need now, with the cost explained according to the case before an agreement.
• The package suits a client who wants the bundled scope in one request; a standalone transaction suits a client who has completed some transactions or needs one specific transaction.
• The package is not required to obtain any domestic worker service; the standalone services remain available on their own.

What happens after a request?

After receiving the request, Alhasna Services understands the sponsor’s status and the domestic worker’s location, checks whether the advertised price and the package scope apply to the case, then explains what applies, what is required and any external or different cost before an agreement.

No transaction begins and no financial commitment applies until the scope and cost have been explained and agreed.
